Step 3: Submit Deposit Payment 

Secure your spot by paying a deposit of 500 USD towards your chosen trek. This deposit helps confirm your reservation and holds your place in the trekking group.

Step 4: Agree to Terms and Conditions 

Read and sign the terms and conditions provided by Hike With Sherpa. Understand cancellation policies, refund details, and other crucial terms to ensure a clear understanding of your trek booking.

Step 5: Provide Personal Documentation

Furnish essential personal information including passport details and two passport-size photographs. This information is necessary for trek permits and other administrative purposes.

Step 6: Arrange Travel to Nepal

Book your flights to Nepal, making sure the arrival and departure dates align with the start and end dates of your trek. This ensures a seamless transition into and out of your trekking adventure.

Step 7: Settle Remaining Payments 

Prior to the trek start date, clear the remaining fee balance for your trek with Hike With Sherpa. Additionally, ensure you have the necessary visa fee in cash to be paid upon arrival at the immigration of Nepal.
